1. Overview

Exitara is an offline puzzle game designed to operate primarily on your device.

The current version of Exitara does not require account registration and does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, cloud accounts, external game servers, or real-money payment services.

The app does not request the Android INTERNET permission in its current release.

2. Personal Information

Exitara does not require you to provide personal information in order to play the game.

The current version does not request or collect information such as:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Home or postal address
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Camera information
• Microphone recordings
• SMS messages
• Call information
• Account credentials
• Financial or payment information
• Advertising identifiers for advertising purposes

No user account is required to use Exitara.

3. Gameplay Data Stored on Your Device

Exitara stores certain information locally on your device so that game progress and preferences can be restored when you return to the game.

This may include:

• Current and unlocked levels
• Level completion status
• Star results
• Scores and best scores
• Move and combo statistics
• Earned coins
• Earned crystals
• Daily reward progress
• Daily streak information
• Daily quest progress
• Achievement progress
• Claimed rewards
• Owned cosmetic themes
• Selected crystal theme
• Sound preferences
• Music preferences
• Vibration or haptic preferences
• Other gameplay state required for the game to function

This information is stored locally within the application's Android storage.

The current version of Exitara does not transmit this gameplay information to JUNO CORP servers.

4. Internet and Network Access

The current version of Exitara is designed for offline gameplay.

It does not declare the Android INTERNET permission and does not require an active internet connection for normal gameplay.

If a future version introduces online functionality, this Privacy Policy will be updated as necessary before or alongside that functionality.

5. Advertising

Exitara does not currently contain third-party advertising SDKs or display third-party advertisements.

We do not currently share gameplay information with advertising companies for targeted advertising.

6. Analytics

Exitara does not currently use third-party analytics SDKs.

The current version does not transmit gameplay analytics to JUNO CORP or third-party analytics providers.

7. In-App Currency and Purchases

Exitara may contain virtual gameplay currencies such as coins or crystals.

In the current version, these currencies are earned through gameplay and are used only for in-game functionality such as cosmetic themes and rewards.

The current version does not process real-money purchases and does not collect payment or credit card information.

8. Permissions

The current release does not request access to sensitive device features such as:

• Location
• Contacts
• Camera
• Microphone
• SMS
• Phone calls
• Photos or videos
• External storage

The game may use device vibration or haptic feedback for gameplay feedback when this option is enabled.

9. Contact Us Feature

Exitara may provide a Contact Us option.

When you choose to contact us, the app may ask Android to open an email application installed on your device.

Exitara does not read your email inbox, automatically access your email account, or silently send email on your behalf.

If you voluntarily send us an email, we may receive information contained in your message, including your email address and any information that you choose to provide.

We use such information only for purposes such as responding to your question, support request, feedback, or other communication.

Your email provider may process your email according to its own privacy practices.

10. Data Sharing

The current version of Exitara does not sell personal information.

We do not share locally stored gameplay progress with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or external game servers.

Information that you voluntarily send to us through email is not sold and is used only as reasonably necessary to respond to or manage your communication, except where disclosure may be required by law.

11. Data Retention

Gameplay information stored locally on your device remains there until it is removed through available app or Android controls.

Depending on the applicable functionality, you may remove locally stored gameplay information by:

• Using the Reset Progress feature inside Exitara
• Clearing Exitara's application data through Android settings
• Uninstalling Exitara from your device

Because Exitara does not currently provide online user accounts, there is no server-based Exitara account to delete.

Support emails voluntarily sent to JUNO CORP may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the communication, maintain appropriate support records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations.

12. Security

Exitara minimizes data collection by keeping gameplay information locally on the user's device in the current version.

Local application information is stored using Android's normal application storage mechanisms.

Although we take reasonable steps to minimize privacy risks, no device, storage method, or electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Children's Privacy

Exitara is a general-audience puzzle game and does not require users to create personal profiles or provide personal information in order to play.

The current version is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children through the game.

If we become aware that personal information has been received from a child in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we will take reasonable steps to address the matter as required by applicable law.

14. Third-Party Services

The current version of Exitara does not integrate advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, external authentication services, or cloud-based gameplay accounts.

Opening your chosen email application through the Contact Us feature may involve a third-party email service selected and controlled by you.

That third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Exitara's features, data practices, legal requirements, or services change.

If future versions introduce features such as:
